This is exactly what I was looking for after using the same in a hotel. Ignore comments about it not working or squirting unless you have limited use on your hands or have poor eyesight. I say this because I understand why these people think this way: they are not using the device as intended or as instructed. To use this device: 1. Fill to, but not over, the MAX fill line marked inside the device. (use filtered water if possible)2. Plug in and the water will boil in just a minute or two.3. Hang your clothes on a hanger in front of you at eye level and use one hand to hold your clothes over or near the area you want to press first. 4. While holding the garment, slowly move the steam cleaner in ONE continuous direction so that the steam head touches the garment (and gently pulls on the garment with the other hand). phew! No wrinkles.5. Repeat this slow steaming in one direction and you won't splatter yourself with boiling water. This is particularly important when the steamer is filled with water. I did notice that it spattered when I tried to move the steamer up and down or back and forth like an iron. This is not how it should be used! Slowly move it in one direction and it will never spill. If you want to use it for anything more than a shirt or pair of pants, you've picked the wrong steamer. It's travel size! There is enough water for 1-2 pieces of clothing, that's all. Works like magic. I love it and I want it for every wardrobe!
