The form factor and light weight are really good, but as soon as I opened it, the auto-installer that came with the hard drive didn't work. Windows took place 1.81 TB 2, which borders on false advertising. I wanted to transfer about 200GB of travel photos/videos and the drive kept disconnecting. Transfer speed dropped from 60MB on the first plugin to 25MB after 30 minutes and 20GB on a 2TB drive. Different USB ports and different laptops only stay connected for about a minute. I believe the entire drive will fail as others have noted. Terrible product
