Bad at first. This lotion is very fluid and runny, so you need to apply it in a thin layer and watch out for drips. Well. I had a callus on my big toe that ripped and didn't heal for 6 months. My pediatrician recommended buying a urea cream. I bought a 40% tube and within a week the tear stopped bleeding and continued. For 4 weeks I managed to file the callus until only good skin was visible and the crack disappeared. I have neuropathy in my feet and they are sometimes very sensitive to anything rubbing or touching them. I use this product as a moisturizing foot lotion and my feet are no longer sensitive to touch or friction caused by neuropathy and I can get through the day in total comfort. I highly recommend this product.
