I like that they are always willing to help you with suggestions or questions about how to improve your business processes. They're great at helping set up new systems for our organization (including Salesforce). Their support staff is also fantastic! It can be difficult sometimes when it takes them some time to get back to us - but overall we've been extremely happy with their services so far. I would definitely recommend working with them if you need any assistance looking into implementing software applications. We were trying to find a way to centralize all of our recruiting efforts across multiple departments within our organization, including HR & Payroll, Recruitment and Marketing. The system helped track resumes, interview responses, etc., which has made things much easier on everyone involved.
