I like that they are always willing to help you with suggestions or questions about how to improve your business processes. They're great at helping set up new systems for our organization (including Salesforce). Their support staff is also fantastic! It can be difficult sometimes when it takes them some time to get back to us - but overall we've been extremely happy with their services so far.
