You have updated this toothbrush and the new version really lacks the power to clean. We used the old version for our 2 and 3 year olds last year and it worked great. The old version had 2 AAA. We replaced the battery with a couple of rechargeable batteries when they were low and the toothbrush worked as long as the bristles worked. This new version only uses 1 AA. The back is so weak next to our old one. He doesn't clean that clean. The new button is harder to press, the plastic looks cheaper, and liquid seeps easily into the battery compartment. Compared to the old one, which I would have given 5 stars, this one isn't even 1 star.
