It seems the photo would have been updated even after all the complaints. Yes, this is a good toothbrush at a good price. But it's not as advertised. After some bragging, my daughter Skye finally agreed.

good toothbrush but the character pictured was not received. I bought this toothbrush for one of my foster kids thinking I would get his favorite PAW Patrol character as pictured. Instead we got a pink toothbrush. Unsatisfied.

Battery life/performance is terrible. My son wasn't rude at all, but he didn't have enough strength to turn around while brushing his teeth. New battery and everything was the same. It's been a week and we just bought another brand that works much better.

You have updated this toothbrush and the new version really lacks the power to clean. We used the old version for our 2 and 3 year olds last year and it worked great. The old version had 2 AAA. We replaced the battery with a couple of rechargeable batteries when they were low and the toothbrush worked as long as the bristles worked. This new version only uses 1 AA. The back is so weak next to our old one. He doesn't clean that clean. The new button is harder to press, the plastic looks cheaper,

We have a Marshall, pictured is Chase. I'm not sure if I just missed it, but I really don't care. Works great, I will buy again.

Item not as shown in other reviews. I thought it was Chase, but it's Skye. I wish we had the option to choose a character. This is for a 4 year old boy.

As many others have commented: 1. You can get Chase, Marshall or Skye. We were disappointed when we got Skye but there is a warning in the description2. It just lacks the power. Hardly a worker came. We put in new batteries but they are still very weak/weak. The Oral B brand has been the best choice for affordable electric toothbrushes so far.

I ordered this item while anticipating a car chase. When I received and showed it was everyone else who had a pink toothbrush with the sky on it. My baby is a hunting freak and to make matters worse, it's irreversible. Needless to say, I'm not impressed. There should either be character variants, or somewhere in the description it should say that you can get characters other than the one pictured.

When it arrived it didn't work. "Okay," I thought, "I'll change the batteries." So I opened it up and took out the two AAA batteries, which were so badly corroded that the cap came off at their ends. I cleaned the compartment and replaced it with two new batteries. However, the device does not work. Does not turn on and cannot be returned. So I think it ends up in the garbage. Buyer Warning.
