They aren't good for hours of standing as they aren't super cushy unless you have insoles (my job makes me stand nonstop up to 8 hrs)so I'd assume they also don't work well for impact activities like running unless you have insoles as well. However, they are really comfy in terms for general fit. They are stretchy and cool looking and I get lots of compliments. People think they're some kind of fancy name brand shoes.
