This company contacted me, thanked me for my purchase and was honest about my mistake. They really want us all to be happy with all of their experiences. It doesn't end after you buy from them. Four days later they sent a new replacement set for free just to make me happy. Curse! Why can't every company in the world treat us consumers as if we are more important than their bottom line?
