This article was easy to install from a hardware perspective, but setting up the device itself on your Windows PC was a bit complicated and tedious at best. I was particularly dissatisfied with the 30 questions that have to be answered in order to get the download and white paper package. Every time you close the user guide or download page and come back, you get the same 30 replies. I paid for the device. I doubt I would steal instructions or a software patch for an item I don't even own. However, this is not very clear in the instructions. Is it working and am I happy now, yes, but I could do something better with my day that day. And I work in IT industry and it was difficult so beware of people who are not computer savvy!
