No extra cleaning of coffee maker accessories
This is a great replacement for my years old AeroPress! I've been keeping my abs locked in with a butt block at work during COVID restrictions. The rubber seal has deformed (shrunk) to the size of the bushing. Welds leaked through the seal during operation, especially with hard/rapid pressing. Now all tea leaves go where I want and not up my sleeve. There are no "surprises" to clean up.
