Died on second take out. This item was easy to put together and worked great the first time. I'll say the design of the switch just below where the wet feathers squirt out isn't the smartest, but we just started unplugging the power cord instead of using the switch to avoid embarrassment. Unfortunately the electrical box leaked water and everything has corroded so it's dead weight now. EXPENSIVE dead weight. It needs to be rinsed off with water, so it's very annoying. The support service was redirected to voicemail, they didn't call me back and didn't help. What I REALLY had to do was unexpectedly hand pluck 20 birds, no fun! Very disappointed.
