I like the fact that it offers a wide range of features for all types of companies. It also has many integrations with other software such as Slack and Zoom. If you are looking for a platform that allows you to manage multiple channels at once, this is the way to go. The dashboard is not very user friendly. There are too many tabs to navigate through. Sometimes it can be difficult to find what you are looking for. I use Botspace mainly for our sales team. We use it to automate emails, create templates, and send automated messages.
