I bought this monitor to mount under my kitchen cabinet and watch Firestick videos. The monitor is installed well and works as expected except for the button marked +. This button does not work to increase the volume. Requested and received a replacement and he also had the issue of the + button not affecting the volume. Also, the case of this replacement was poorly assembled, due to which not all the buttons protruded above the surface, i.e. I didn't feel them. I like this monitor but I am disappointed with the quality.
