NOT Outdoor Railguard
So I ordered the Outdoor Railguard in transparent. I have a box that says "external splint". Inside the box is a booklet with the "Kidsafe Railing Guard Instructions Model 4600 Instructions" at the top. The railing protection is 33 inches instead of 36 inches. I needed 36 inches for a balcony for my cat (she is an adventurous cat and wants to be safe outside with me). Bloody disappointing, especially after making a few holes in the reel. This is a manufacturing issue so we strongly advise against buying it if you want the 36-inch version.
