This is my first time building one of these kits. I had a real sense of accomplishment putting it together, but I wish I'd started with something simpler. On the other hand, the parts popped out of the frame a lot easier than I expected. Yes, you need to take some care with this, but it's actually a simple process. However, I have a few tips for those new to ROKR: First, it's best to use the small jar of soft wax you find at the hobby store rather than the small hard stick that comes with the kit. Be generous with use, especially on small joints where the edges of adjacent parts can chip off under too much pressure. (In one case, having a small tube of Gorilla Glue handy helped a lot.) Second, a few tips for people over 65 (like me) whose vision isn't what it used to be: The guide is closed small! Take a picture of the pages on your phone or iPad, or better yet, scan them to your home computer. Too much time has been spent seeing exactly what is going on and you are welcome to watch ROKR's online videos to see the mechanics of the important steps in the build process. That's all. I just bought another one to give as a gift. Have fun!
