Just installed today. I'm not a "techie" but I found it very easy to use and set up. Upon receipt you will need to download the Adorcam app and the app will tell you what to do on your phone using a QR code that you simply scan with your camera to make the job easier. You'll definitely need to buy an SD card, they recommend the SanDisk 64 with it, otherwise it only captures photos and no videos (although you can still watch live video in the app and take photos of any event). ). I also like that you can adjust how sensitive you want to be to movement, on a continuum from very sensitive to medium sensitive to low sensitive or anywhere in between. It says you need a 2.4GHz (not 5GHz) internet connection, so bear that in mind. Overall I found the product very user friendly and easy to set up and it has worked great so far. I recommend!
