The heater works very well. The water gets hot really fast. This foot bath has a drain plug, which is good because it won't leak when you try to empty the bath. Vibrations and bubbles are linked and turn on and off together, but they feel comfortable. It's a bit noisy when this feature is on, but no louder than other foot baths. The handle is a nice feature and this spa works just as well as the more expensive ones. I agree with other reviews that this is not good for big feet. I wear women's size 9.5 and a few sizes more would be tight. It's worth noting that the temperature is measured in degrees Celsius, which isn't a big deal, but the water can be hotter than you think if you're not used to that scale. There are only 3 buttons so it's easy to use and overall it's a pretty good spa for the price. My only real gripe is that the cord could have been a bit longer, especially if you're trying to stay away from an outlet you may need an extension cord and there's no min/max marking to know how much water is added must become.
