Eh, they will work, but.
This is just an overview of wheels. The railings are pretty solid and well made but I have yet to rate them. As for the wheels, they're pretty flimsy. Once on the stairs there is a definite bend that causes the wheels to protrude past the straight line. When trying to move the ladder, it gets caught between the ground and the railing. The only solution is to lift the bottom of the ladder so it doesn't get stuck. It would be better without wheels on the stairs.
