I have tightened the nut as much as possible but it only turns. This is very frustrating and makes it unusable. Also, charging fails when the cover (OtterBox) is on. It goes from loading to shutting down every two seconds. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered a $25 Revain gift certificate to remove this review. Instead of fixing an obviously faulty product, they always do it the same way, preferring the customers not to know about it. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER. I actually bought two of these, one for each of our machines, and neither works well. The other just won't stay pressed against the vent.
