Review on 👨 Maverick Electronic Thermometer and Timer: The Ultimate Kitchen Companion by Juan Lukas

Maverick uses probes which cannot be used at high heat. Works perfectly in the oven and is very accurate. However, when grilling, the probe cable is exposed to higher heat and fails. Mine broke on the first grill. He just registered a high temperature. I contacted the company and they sent me another probe. I haven't used it in a grill and it works great. But since I grill often, I'm looking for a device with a probe that can withstand high temperatures. There are some who claim 700+f. Just take a look.
