This was my first time applying gel polish to my own nails with my new MelodySusie Pro 12W lamp ($12.99). I think my nails came out pretty good the first time. And I was very happy with the process. I wasn't sure how long to leave the light on so I followed the polisher's instructions. The whole thing took me about an hour and five minutes. I read a lot of reviews, followed them and talked to a few friends who did their own manicures. It's been three days and so far so good! I bought small nail clips and will see how they go when I'm ready to remove this nail polish or when it starts chipping or growing back.
