The best part of using focalreview is that it helped me to be able to track my pay rate, which was very helpful when negotiating for raises or promotions. Also, I liked that you could create multiple profiles and assign them to different tasks or projects, so you can track your progress over time. Sometimes there would be an issue with the site, but usually the problem resolved itself after a while. It's difficult to keep track of all of my accomplishments in one place. Focalreview helped me to organize my work and get credit for my achievements.
