I ordered the 1000 thread count egyptian sheets. I think the reviews listed are for other item-types sold by this seller, i.e. blankets, bamboo sheets, etc. The shipment came as expected, nicely wrapped and I was quite excited as I am a real sheet snob, I truly am. The sheets are nice and fit perfectly on our extra thick mattress. In my opinion, after wash, they are not soft and are quite scratchy. I washed them and put them directly on my bed, no fabric softener. Perhaps in a few washings, they'll feel better, but coming from a true sheet snob, I prefer a smoother, cooler sheet. Quality is great, fit is perfect, my husband thinks I'm being a little over-critical. but just saying, a little rough for me :) URDATE.after sleeping on the sheets late night, I think they'll are really nice, just not as sateen as I prefer.
