After reading several glowing testimonials regarding the Polara brand, I was eager to get my hands on some of their golf balls and accoutrements to see if they lived up to the hype. Nevertheless, my experience shopping at their internet store could be improved upon in many ways. Because the website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate, the process of finding the products I was searching for was a source of considerable frustration for me. In addition, the process of checking out was perplexing and appeared to take a great deal more time than was required. Even after I had successfully placed my order, I was disappointed to discover that the shipping time would be longer than I had anticipated. As a result, I had to wait for more than a week to receive my items. In general, while I admire Polara for their dedication to producing high-quality golf equipment, I am disappointed in the quality of their online store. I really expect that in the future they will take measures to improve the overall user experience.
