This is exactly as I expected it. They are very supple and natural feeling. Unlike other inserts these actually have substance, while others are just a bunch of padding. These are great in a bra that you dont exactly fill out yourself. My only complaint is that I wear an A-cup and most bras my size are smaller than these inserts so they peek out sometimes. If you are a B-cup you should be fine since the area of a B is about the same size as these inserts. I feel that if you were a C-cup or above these may only help with lift and not mass. I have a few unlined bras and a few that are large enough to wear with these and make my breasts look awesome. I am very happy with my purchase!
