I bought 2 packs of these (20A GFCI sockets) and installed one almost immediately, it worked fine. About 2 months later I wanted to install the second one and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. The RESET button refused to stay "on". I figured I had all the wiring correct, and I spent nearly an hour testing every component of the system over and over (including the photocell and extension cord). Finally when I was told the GFCI was bad I thought "no way" but in fact my installation worked perfectly after I replaced it with a regular outlet I had on hand! I had to purchase another GFCI at a higher price PLUS pay one day shipping to have a working setup for my client's outdoor outlet needs. peach only
