I bought this product in a small size. Turns out I needed the XS, which I later bought. Size matters! The product is soft and easy to adjust when it fits. I couldn't get the wrong size because the rings the straps went through kept twisting and I couldn't fasten the straps in the back due to the overlength. Straps must not be fastened below the shoulders, otherwise they will be too big. The XS is for very small people (mind you, that's mostly a kid's size). I'm a 27 year old female, 5 inches, 4,110 pounds and I usually wear a size XS shirt. When I received the XS I had no problems and was happy that the product was easy to use! Due to the thinner and softer material, it is much more discreet than many other models and the design is not bulky. It can easily be worn under a loose t-shirt. Does not irritate the armpit area, but can also be worn over clothing. I have upper back pain - putting it on immediately relieves my daily activities and I feel better after wearing it for just a few hours and taking it off. Great extra support!
