Great starting point
As a beginner I watched YouTube videos on how to repair dents. I chose this choice because he had many suggestions and I didn't know what I needed. Well I didn't need everything in the kit but I'm not complaining. It works well and I've had great results. I would say that about 95% of most dents I have had were metal in the car. I recommend this kit.
