In a nutshell, works as it should. The stem breaks inside and doesn't show the silver on the front (like other cheap rivets). Works with all Neutrik mounting plate mounts as well as all rack and wall plates. The *ONLY* issue I had is that the rivets are just over 1/8" thick, so you'll need to widen the holes in the panel with a 3/16" drill bit. Also, they are great and very satisfied result!
