With arthritis in my lower back and being a freelance writer, I was in dire need of a good seat cushion to complement my office chair. I tried memory foam pillows and other ways to relieve the pain, but they all shrank fast enough for me to return to the pain. I stumbled across Sojoy iGelComfort and since the price was reasonable compared to other products touting the same technology, I decided to give it a try. Seriously, it works as advertised. Maybe too good. With other pillows, I at least had a strong motivation to jump out of my chair and walk around every half hour or so. But I found I could sit for over an hour without realizing it. Now I have to watch how long I sit and force myself to get up more often to get my circulation going again. Don't let the thin profile of this pillow fool you. It's comfortable and stays comfortable.
