I like that employees can do an "on demand" poll where they fill in their answers online without needing someone from Marketing or Customer Support present (as would be needed otherwise). This allows some flexibility with training - but we did not want it as part-time feature so much more effort had been made into making sure polling functionality was perfect! Having access via desktop browser means you are still reliant upon Internet connectivity which is frustrating when out & about visiting clients at public parks / train stations etc; also no option during meetings/meetings itself unless using speaker mode through headset -- need audio capability available outside meeting room too! Would love support integration allowing staff who aren't technically savvy enough yet able manage own intranets if only temporarily eg until fully trained on platform later.
