These buzzers are perfect for our small restaurant but they stopped working after only a few weeks. We liked the small shape and the ability to customize the label, but we can't use it anymore. Many times we cheat a customer and they just don't work, which is very detrimental to the flow and success of our restaurant. We have bought two sets in the last few months but unfortunately we only have a few buzzers left that actually work. It's a shame because we really liked the product when it worked but we just can't use it anymore and have to buy new ones from another, more reliable brand.
