The user interface makes it easy to find information about an employee's status, while also making finding info very fast! There aren't any downsides that we know off yet; however as with every new program there are some learning curves involved for both employees &amp employer/recruiter alike so be patient in getting those figured out quickly and efficiently!! We have been able to track our time sheets much quicker than before without having multiple people working at once which has allowed us all 1 person can keep up w/o too many interruptions from coworkers or managers - this alone saved over $100 per day since most other programs required more staff members during peak hours (which means higher cost).
