I will never buy from this company again. I had to buy these shoes for my daughter's virtual holiday gig. Due to the pandemic I had to guess my daughter's shoe size and it turned out to be too small. Again, I was unable to return these shoes for a refund within 30 days due to the pandemic and I believe this company denied my refund request for this reason. Now I'm stuck with trainers that are too small and never get worn. The best part is that I ordered a larger size from Capezio myself and even YOU accepted the return! I bought these two different sizes in ONE DAY from this company and Capezio. This company has shown no mercy given the times we are in so I will NEVER give them my money again.
