It supports high beam which was needed in my application. But it only has one connector on the motherboard, it doesn't include the connector connected to it. In my case, the best remote I could find had simple wires and wire nuts. I had to disassemble another jig to get the connector. It features NiMH rechargeable batteries, which is a nice improvement over the commonly used NiCd (or lead acid gel) cells. It's not clear if the battery is replaceable, but NiMH batteries can last around 10 years. At least the lead-acid ones are easily interchangeable. You need to develop a standardization for these new battery types. There are no holes for wiring to the cable duct. Expect to need a big fat drill bit.
