Variable speed trigger and reverse switch not ergonomic

This drill seemed to have everything you need. I ended up returning it because the two features were unwieldy. First, the annoying "Variable Speed Trigger with a dial for precise operation". Look at it up close. It's a small plastic wheel right on the trigger. He doesn't seem strong at all. When you operate it, your finger is directly over this round piece of plastic (which increases or decreases the drill's power as it rotates). It didn't feel good in my hand and I doubt it will last long. Less to complain about is the cumbersome reversible slide, which, unlike most other drills I've tried, is difficult to work with a "drill hand". None of these features are ergonomic.

Pros
  • POWER: Powerful 7 amp motor for the toughest jobs
Cons
  • Electrical outlet required
