I like how easy it is to set up, use & maintain for my business needs (customer service). The customer support team has been very helpful when needed as well - they are always quick at responding back via email or phone call if we need any help/advice in regards of their product itself etc.. Would love some additional reporting functionality within this platform which would be great but perhaps not possible due our current hosting plan? We're able solve most issues ourselves however sometimes there's still something where just having someone who can assist us manually might get things sorted quicker than waiting until next day before contacting them again regarding same issue :) Great tool overall so far though definitely could do better by adding extra reports such sales figures per branch location / category data eg monthly breakdowns into different categories e-commerce vs walk ins visits ect.
