I read that collagen should be beaten for 1-2 months, in fairly large dosages. It's just like this here. I drink for prevention, as I do a lot in the gym. Plus cardio and weight loss. In general, I did everything possible so that the skin did not hang on after losing weight 😂 Collagen, in my opinion, is one of the preventive measures. From the obvious - the elbow injured a year ago stopped hurting. For me, this is the biggest proof that collagen is a working supplement at all.
