I never thought I would need customer support for making tea. However, our cleaning lady at work accidentally threw away my tea basket a week ago. Unfortunately nobody sells these baskets themselves so I contacted Leaf Life support and they were kind enough to send me a replacement free of charge in exchange for a review. A simple request, so here it is. This is an amazing teapot. When they say it stays hot for about 8 hours, they mean it. If you want the tea to be drinkable you will need to remove the lid or pour it into another vessel. Also goes well with cold drinks. Washing is fairly easy with a bottle brush, but be careful not to leave the bamboo in the water for too long. Overall I recommend this product and salute their customer service team. They responded quickly and even responded when I didn't see the first email they sent. For your health.
