I bought this Sonos Move and it says Super Durable on its website. Don't worry about accidental falls or bumps. The Move components are protected by a durable, impact-resistant casing.” After calling Sonos and explaining that it fell off a small table, as shown on the website (photo attached), they don't stand behind their product. In fact, my 3 month old Sonos Move is classified as "out of warranty". Instead of replacing it they said they would just give me 30% off a new device. So I think the $399 device should be thrown in the trash. Thank you Sonos as I plan to dedicate a website to showcase my Sonos experience and plan to rank it very high in the search engines.
