The ease of use for this platform, from uploading content/images through creating new pages etc was easy enough without having any prior knowledge about programming languages used by other platforms which are usually more complicated than it should be! I have heard that there were some bugs here but they got sorted out pretty quickly so no issues at all as far as i can see now. You needn't worry much if you're not technical savvy since everything gets explained very well with examples provided within seconds after signing up - like how an e-commerce site works, what widgets do etc.. There's nothing really bad we dislike about this product yet because its still too early stages when compared to competitors products such as wordpress (which has been around longer) so maybe once things get better then people will start disliking something specific. We've created our social media presence using their free trial version where only certain features could be utilized before paying.
