I was looking forward to getting this device up and running. I have bought other Cyberpowerpcs before and have never had a problem. I use a device four years ago, now that I'm typing so naturally this is the brand I've narrowed my search to. This configuration was above what I wanted for work and play, so my expectations were high. The delivery was good, the box was a bit rough but the contents are intact. My excitement peaked when I unpacked and installed it, hit the PWR button and nothing. Nick. Postal Pshik Index. No fan, light, indicator or component was powered. Tried different outlets, went back to the quick start guide. Power toggle switch and main power and no joy. I have called cyberpowerpc several times, every time they send me to voicemail.
