Initially pleased with the look, feel and security. The ability to remove the blade into the handle above the knife holders that have a removable plug that always hides where you can't find it or lose it. I then tried using it and found it to have many flaws, the worst of which is how the blade is held (or not held) in place. With lateral pressure, the open side of the blade slips out, rendering it useless. The blade can be gradually extended, but when attempting to cut a straight edge, the blade body will interfere with the straight edge unless the blade is fully extended. When fully extended, the blade is not held firmly in place. A $10 investment that went in the bin.
