It does what it says on the tin. In fact, we have used many different video conferencing cameras for our home office and now we have found this COOLPO that works well for both video and audio. And the audio is much louder, the speakers are much clearer and the video is much smoother after the update. Customer support is also top notch. They responded within an hour and gave me a fair response to my query. In addition, our two customers, regardless of their technological skills, are easy to connect and set up. Of course they are more expensive, but I still want to say that this is a MUST HAVE in your meeting room.
