Like any other caffeinated fat burner, it is very helpful in reducing morning appetite and providing pre-workout energy. Personally, I don't use this tag; otherwise I would literally be asleep around 3am, even though I took the pills (in the recommended amount) around 12:10pm. I'm not saying it's super caffeinated (it's still nowhere near as potent as some popular products like Total War, Cellucore, etc.), but if like me you're sensitive to caffeine, I recommend taking it on an empty stomach in the morning and spending it your day (even if you didn't exercise in the morning). The results I got from this product were the same as other dietary supplements; You cannot "cheat" your diet by taking these supplements. You really need to fundamentally strengthen your diet before you will see the results you hope to get from supplements.
