I got mine today. Everything worked fine. The wax warmer they advertise has red and green lights, mine is just red but it doesn't matter. I've used it for armpit wax and it's been good. However, I've been removing my armpits for a long time, so it doesn't bother me. If this is your first time it might get bloody lol. The wax can get very hot, once the wax beans have melted, reduce the temperature to 160 to keep it warm and not too hot for your skin. Use baby oil or essential oil. to remove small wax residues on the skin. *** Wait until your hair is long enough before waxing! *** After waxing, wait at least 40 seconds for it to dry before pulling. I hope it doesn't break anytime soon because I really like it. :)
