Doesn't keep food hot or cold.
When my daughter eats lunch at school, her food is neither hot nor cold, depending on what we put in the glass. To keep their melon cold, I usually put them in the freezer overnight, but the cold doesn't last more than 2 hours. For her nuggets, I usually boil hot water and pour it into a glass to heat, but my daughter complained that it gets very cold at lunchtime. I can't go back now, so I understand. That's a waste of money. I do not recommend
