I was impressed with this purchase from the start. There was excellent communication with Grateful House direct and the puzzle mat arrived quickly and well packaged. I love the color - the details really stand out against the light background. I have tried other puzzle mats and was disappointed with the folds and how flexible they were making it difficult to move the puzzle around. This mat stays flat and explored enough for me to pick it up and move the puzzle to another location. Although I didn't need to store the puzzle I was working on, I tried the inflatable tube and rolled up the assembled puzzle. It was a simple process and the puzzle remained secure even after being stored for several days at a time. The carrying case is a nice touch, it helps me keep all the pieces together when not in use.
