5ft 1in 145lbs (Thanks 2020 for the extra 20lbs) Elastic waste looks very small but stretched well in my 2020- extra weight. It's a bit long but I like long. I can lift it but I love hip skirts. Nice inner skirt so it doesn't show through but the fabric is thick enough not to need it. Ordered 2 and will be ordering more. If you wear a large size, please consider my height and weight before purchasing. If I scored 30 points in 2020, I wouldn't fit in. It's a bit tight but comfortable and I'm working on it :).
